　　消息面上，美银策略师以“买入耻辱，卖出傲慢”概括这一逻辑：恒生地产指数当前点位与30年前持平，估值仅约12倍市盈率。报告认为，亚洲正开启过去40年第三轮长期牛市，由日本、韩国科技与中国AI共同驱动。香港同时受益于迪拜（地缘冲突）与新加坡（税收）吸引力的相对减退。
