路透罗德岛州普罗维登斯市8月14日 - 软银集团(Softbank Group)向美国证券交易委员会提交的申报文件显示，其第二季将所持台积电TSM.N股份出售71.5%，同时持仓新增第一资本金融(Capital One)COF.N。
包括财富管理机构、捐赠基金、养老基金、对冲基金等在内的机构投资者需向美国证交会提交截至每个自然季度末的持仓报告。
软银披露，在截至6月30日的最近一个季度，其买入276,811股第一资本金融股票，持仓市值为5,550万美元，并买入10,718股Life360LIF.O股份，市值为48.85万美元。Life360是一家基于GPS的位置共享服务提供商。
软银还披露，该公司第二季还出售了140万股台积电TSM.N股票，占其所持该公司股份的71.5%，套现金额为2.698亿美元。
