国家统计局：固定资产投资下降，知识产权产品投资快速增长

【国家统计局：固定资产投资下降，知识产权产品投资快速增长】1—7月份，全国固定资产投资260328亿元，同比下降6.7%；扣除房地产开发的固定资产投资下降3.7%。其中，知识产权产品投资同比增长9.1%。分领域看，基础设施投资同比下降3.6%，制造业投资下降1.7%，房地产开发投资下降19.2%。全国新建商品房销售面积45021万平方米，同比下降11.8%；新建商品房销售额42718亿元，下降13.1%。分产业看，第一产业投资同比下降0.5%，第二产业投资下降2.1%，第三产业投资下降9.5%。民间投资同比下降9.4%；扣除房地产开发的民间投资下降5.7%。高技术产业投资同比增长5.0%，其中信息服务业，航空、航天器及设备制造业，电子及通信设备制造业投资分别增长19.2%、12.3%、7.1%。7月份，固定资产投资环比下降1.42%。
