智通财经APP讯，众安集团(00672)发布公告，集团预期截至2026年6月30日止六个月(2026年期间)将取得母公司拥有人应占亏损净额不多于约人民币2.2亿元，而截至2025年6月30日止六个月(2025年期间)则取得母公司拥有人应占净利润约人民币6460万元。
2026年期间预期由盈转亏主要由于：2026年期间交付的物业总建筑面积较2025年期间减少逾约70%，以及相关物业每平米销售均价较2025年期间下降约33.0%，导致可计入2026年期间确认的物业销售收入及毛利较2025年期间显著下降分别约80.0%和约81.5%;但相关物业的每平米销售成本也较2025年期间下降约26.8%，因此2026年期间的毛利率较2025年期间仅略微下降约2.6个百分点，及并无发生2025年期间取得的一次性重新计量于联营公司的投资约人民币1.53亿元。
