快科技8月17日消息，据媒体报道，美团核心本地商业CEO王莆中近日在公开演讲中，深度剖析当前企业AI落地的普遍困境，同时完整复盘了美团内部进行AI变革的过程。
王莆中直言，从现状看，虽然AI供给丰富，但在落地方面，现阶段仅有少数企业能统计到可以测量的收益。
他将企业AI落地难的核心症结，总结为“四重错配”：认知上，企业对AI要么夸大要么轻视；效率上，大模型用于日常事务而未触及核心；场景上，AI仍游走边缘，未能融入经营核心；考核上，追求立竿见影却忽视企业内部适配程度。
在王莆中看来，这四重错配叠加，导致AI投入难以转化为可测量的生产力增长。与此同时，王莆中详细披露了美团自身AI变革的四阶段迭代路径。
第一阶段是今年的2月到3月，公司开启全员“养虾运动”，但结果是账单暴涨，每日消耗上千万元，同时养虾产生的谬误干扰了真实经营。
第二阶段，4月起美团各事业部成立AI组织。随后公司总结出需要行之有效的转型步骤，将全员积极性有序转化为生产力。
今年6至7月，美团AI变革迈入关键的第三阶段，美团通过赛马机制梳理方法，得出关键认知——AI转型不是技术问题，而是业务、组织、技术三位一体的系统性工程，不能只寄望于产研团队。最终，7月AI初步在美团内部产品流程中跑通并产生价值。
