消息面上，中国秦发近日发布公告，预计上半年录得除税后溢利不多于2.9亿元人民币；来自持续经营业务的除税后溢利3100万元人民币。预期增长主要得益于平均煤炭销售价格上涨、原煤和洗精煤产量增加、外汇亏损减少以及拨备变动产生的收益。
国盛证券此前发布研报称，公司作为纯粹的海外煤炭生产商，其产品市场化定价，不受国内长协机制限制，能充分享受全球海运煤价波动带来的高弹性。在印尼政府收紧RKAB配额、可能压缩整体产量的背景下，公司作为合规大矿，不仅受影响较小，反而有望在行业集中度提升中受益，获得更高的市场份额。
