GPT Group H1 FFO Up, Revenue Down

GPT Group (ASX:GPT) logged AU$0.177 in funds from operations (FFO) per stapled security for the first half, compared with AU$0.168 a year ago, a Monday filing showed.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected FFO of AU$0.17 per stapled security.

For the six months ended June 30, revenue was AU$504.8 million versus AU$551.2 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$506 million.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.1225 per security, up from AU$0.12 a year earlier, payable Aug. 31 to shareholders on record as of June 30.

The company expects to deliver FFO of around AU$0.354 per security and a distribution of AU$0.245 per security in 2026.
