智通财经APP获悉，量化派(02685)跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.17%，报4.255港元，成交额7552.06万港元。
消息面上，近日，量化派发布公告，本集团预期于截至2026年6月30日止六个月(本期间)录得收入约人民币4.31亿元至人民币4.57亿元，较截至2025年6月30日止六个月的收入减少约10%至15%；及本公司权益股东应占本期间溢利约人民币2700万元至人民币3400万元，较截至2025年6月30日止六个月的本公司权益股东应占期内溢利减少约75%至80%。
根据董事会目前可得的资料，董事会认为，本公司权益股东应占本期间溢利预期减少乃主要归因于：本集团收入减少，主要由于本期间市场环境竞争激烈以及营销及销售资源重新分配，导致本集团现有消费者电商平台业务的收入减少；及本集团的销售成本增加，原因为本集团于本期间根据其业务合作安排产生有关其平台运营的服务成本，而2025年同期并无产生有关成本。
