ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Robinhood 首席执行官 Vlad Tenev 在 X 平台发文，敦促美国监管机构为代币化股票建立监管框架，警告美国可能将下一代金融市场基础设施的主导地位拱手让给海外市场。Tenev 称金融体系正处于“代币化超级周期”早期阶段，Robinhood 已向 120 多个国家用户提供 190 余种美国股票的代币化版本，投资者可获取经济敞口并享有股息。
他指出代币化可带来三大优势：实时结算（对比现行 T+1 制度可进一步降低结算风险）、7×24 小时交易、以及资产在不同平台间的无缝转移。Tenev 直言，若美国不行动，全球其他地区可能围绕美国资产构建未来金融体系，而美国人反而被排除在外。
