金吾财讯 | 玖龙纸业（02689）午间发布年度盈喜公告，惟午后股价跳水，最新跌6.88港元，跌13.08%，成交额3.84亿港元。公告显示，集团预计将录得截至2026年6月30日止年度盈利约39亿至41亿人民币之间，较去年度22.017亿人民币增长77.1%至86.2%。该盈利增长乃主要由销量提升带动；产品售价的上涨幅度及速度，均明显高于原材料成本的升幅，由此推动毛利的增长。公司于2024年6月发行4亿美元优先永续资本证券。本年度永续资本证券持有人的应占盈利为约3.756亿人民币。因此，集团预计公司的权益持有人应占盈利在本年度为约34亿至36亿人民币之间，较去年度17.671亿人民币增加92.4%至103.7%。
公司已于2026年8月11日悉数赎回尚未到期的优先永续资本证券。该4亿美元优先永续资本证券已完成赎回、注销，并自新加坡证券交易所除牌。
