智通财经APP获悉，中国秦发(00866)再涨近8%，截至发稿，涨5.34%，报2.07港元，成交额991.26万港元。
消息面上，中国秦发近日发布公告，预计上半年录得除税后溢利不多于2.9亿元人民币；来自持续经营业务的除税后溢利3100万元人民币。预期增长主要得益于平均煤炭销售价格上涨、原煤和洗精煤产量增加、外汇亏损减少以及拨备变动产生的收益。
值得注意的是，8月18日，印尼总统发言人表示，印度尼西亚计划建立“矿产及战略大宗商品”交易所，预计将涵盖棕榈油、镍和煤炭。目前，印尼政府正积极筹备，计划于明年1月1日正式启动该交易所。公开资料显示，中国秦发是印尼最大规模井工煤矿营运商。
