和黄医药宣布，沃瑞沙（赛沃替尼）和泰瑞沙（奥希替尼）的联合疗法对比铂类双药化疗用于治疗表皮生长因子受体 （“EGFR”） 突变非小细胞肺癌患者的SAFFRON III期研究取得积极的顶线结果，显示出具有统计学和临床意义的无进展生存期 （“PFS”） 和总生存期 （“OS”） 改善。研究中患者的肿瘤伴有高水平的MET过表达或扩增，并且既往曾接受过泰瑞沙治疗后疾病进展。
沃瑞沙和泰瑞沙联合疗法的安全性特征与已知的各药物的安全性保持一致 ，且没有发现新的安全性问题。数据将于即将召开的学术会议公布，并与全球监管机构共享。基于SACHI III期研究，沃瑞沙和泰瑞沙联合疗法已于中国获批用于治疗接受EGFR TKI治疗后疾病进展的伴有MET扩增的EGFR突变的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌患者。沃瑞沙由阿斯利康与和黄医药共同开发，并由阿斯利康商业化。
