览富财经网讯：上周，中国证监会公布最新一期《境外发行上市备案补充材料要求》，国际司共对8家企业出具补充材料要求，其中对在2026年4月28日披露，向港交所递交上市申请书的深圳市汇川技术股份有限公司(简称：汇川技术)证监会要求其需补充说明两项事项且需律师核查并出具明确的法律意见。具体事项为：一、请说明你公司境外子公司的业务内容，设立境外子公司涉及的境外投资、外汇登记等监管程序具体履行情况，并就合规性出具结论性意见。二、请详细说明你公司募集资金用途，是否涉及境外投资、是否已履行相关审批、核准或备案程序。如未履行完相关程序，请就募集资金全部调回境内出具承诺。
