本次境外评级上调，系标普全球基于深圳国际战略地位、资产布局、股东背景及核心经营优势等因素作出的综合研判。随着深圳市持续推进城市交通物流体系建设，本公司持续加大区域物流网络投资布局，在深圳市现代物流体系中的重要性显著提升，获得地方政府支持的可能性进一步增大。同时本公司高标准物流仓储资产布局持续完善，本年度顺利建成投营建筑面积85万平方米的平湖南综合物流枢纽中心公铁海多式联运核心项目，结合存量优质仓储资源，目前持有深圳市约三分之二的高标准物流仓储资产，有效助力粤港澳大湾区物流枢纽建设。此外,核心子公司深圳高速公路股份有限公司在区域收费公路领域占据主导地位，运营里程占深圳市收费公路市场约90%的份额,机荷高速改扩建项目亦将进一步巩固其行业领先优势，子公司稳健的经营与现金流为本公司整体发展提供有力支撑。上述多重核心优势共同支撑深圳国际本次信用评级上调。
