金吾财讯 | 根据监管机构提交的Form 4文件显示，出行巨头优步（UBER）已完成对自动驾驶技术公司Aurora Innovation（AUR）的大量股份减持。数据显示，Uber旗下的全资子公司Neben Holdings于8月17日以每股6.55美元的价格，通过大宗交易向一家金融机构出售了7,200万股Aurora ClassA普通股，套现总金额达4.716亿美元（约合4.72亿美元）。交易完成后，Uber仍直接持有Aurora约1.86亿股股票，持股比例降至约10.9%。市场分析认为，此次减持系Uber优化资产负债表及非核心资产投资管理的一环。
