路透8月20日 - 住宅能源公司Solrite Energy周四表示，预计到年底将有最多1,000户伊利诺伊州家庭加入其虚拟电厂计划，该公司认为不断上涨的电费将推动家庭储能系统需求。

该计划将家用电池系统连接到虚拟电厂，使其能够作为单一资源进行协调，以帮助管理电力需求并支持电网运行。

详情如下：

  • 随着该计划在ComEd以及Ameren Corp（AEE.N）旗下子公司Ameren Illinois的服务区域内逐步推广，该公司计划到2027年将参与户数扩大至约5,000户。

  • Solrite负责住宅太阳能和储能系统的融资、所有权及运营，允许客户通过长期电力购买协议（PPA）购买电力，而非直接购买设备。

  • 该公司表示，其在伊利诺伊州推出的方案将屋顶太阳能装置与60千瓦时的电池系统相结合，该电池系统可储存多余的电力，并在停电或用电高峰期提供电力。

  • 该公司表示，此举是在伊利诺伊州宣布将于2025年终止针对新太阳能用户的全面零售净计量政策，且家庭面临电费上涨的背景下推出的。

  • 随着在伊利诺伊州的业务启动，Solrite 已继得克萨斯州、加利福尼亚州、康涅狄格州和马萨诸塞州之后，将业务扩展至其在美国的第五个市场。

  • Solrite表示，其虚拟电厂网络覆盖全美超过7,500户家庭，拥有超过370兆瓦时的电池储能容量，并运营着9,000多个活跃项目。
