金吾财讯 | 百胜中国（YUMC）宣布，旗下必胜汉堡在湖北武汉迎来全国范围内的第300家门店。据介绍，自2025年底推出该新业态以来，必胜汉堡以日均开店超一家的速度扩张。该模式采用与必胜客主店“背靠背”协同运营的轻资产架构，大幅缩减投资开支并共享母店资源。财报数据显示，必胜汉堡在2026年第二季度为必胜客母店带来了双位数的增量销售额及可观的利润贡献。根据规划，百胜中国目标在2026年底前将汉堡门店拓展至500至600家，约占必胜客中国近5,000家门店网络的10%。此外，继8月7日百胜中国完成对中国大陆地区必胜客品牌所有权收购后，公司全面上调拓店指引，将2027和2028财年的年均净增新店目标由原先的600家提高至800家以上。
