ChainCatcher 消息，据 Pulse 2.0 报道，Riot Platforms 已与两家大型科技客户签署 AI 数据中心租赁协议，涉及 241MW 的关键 IT 容量，对应约 98 亿美元的长期合同收入。此举将加速公司从以比特币挖矿为主的业务模式，向大规模数据中心开发商转型。
其中规模较大的一项协议，是 Riot Platforms 与一家领先的前沿 AI 实验室签署的 191MW 定制建设租赁协议，项目位于 Riot 的 Rockdale 园区。该协议初始租期为 20 年，至 2048 年 6 月到期，预计将产生约 91 亿美元的合同收入。
如果客户在基础租期结束后继续租用，协议带来的收入规模可能进一步扩大。该协议包含 两次为期 5 年的续租选择权，若两项续租权全部行使，潜在合同总价值将增至约 161 亿美元。
Riot 预计，仅初始租期就能带来累计约 73 亿至 82 亿美元的净营业收入，相当于每年平均贡献约 3.65 亿至 4.11 亿美元。项目首期 96MW 预计于 2027 年 12 月交付，全部 191MW 计划于 2028 年 6 月部署完成。
