Elevated Euro High-Yield Supply Could Cause Spread Widening

1058 GMT - Elevated net issuance of high-yield euro credit could add pressure on the European high-yield market and cause credit spreads to widen, Deutsche Bank Research credit strategists say in a note. Funds are expected to continue flowing into the euro high-yield market, but the higher net supply of the bonds could weigh on their performance, the strategists say. Euro high-yield spreads "may display more volatility than investors have become used to", they say.
