　　独立调查未发现公司直接向受限制方销售产品的证据。

　　调查亦未发现任何证据表明，上述受限制产品可能被转运会导致公司此前发布的财务报表不再可靠。

　　公司采取了多项人事措施，包括解雇相关人员。

　　独立董事还就进一步加强公司的出口合规计划提出建议，董事会已全盘采纳。
