Infratil (ASX:IFT, NZE:IFT) one-year returns are estimated to be nearly 29% at mid-August, and its 10-year returns were 20%, reflecting the increase in earnings forecast by CDC Data Centres, Jason Boyes, Infratil's Chief Executive, said, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
CDC's EBITDAF for the current fiscal year is expected to be between AU$680 million and AU$720 million.
Infratil's CDC shareholding is estimated at 49.7%, and an independent valuation put its share of CDC at over AU$9 billion. The firm remains comfortable with the position and scale of CDC in its portfolio, Boyes added.
