新加坡7月份的住宅销量有所回升，此前该数据在6月份曾跌至两年多以来的最低点，因为新项目吸引了买家且学校假期已结束。

　　根据市区重建局周一公布的数据，开发商上月售出731套新建私人住宅。相比之下，6月份的销量为156套，去年同期为940套。

　　这个城市国家的一手住宅销售情况在一定程度上取决于开发商决定推向市场的项目数量，在6月几乎停滞之后，7月已恢复。新加坡的房地产热潮已显现出降温迹象。第二季度私宅价格上涨0.5%，涨幅较前三个月的0.9%有所放缓。
