ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegrath 报道，币安正计划向英国金融行为监管局（FCA）申请牌照，拟于 2027 年在英国重新推出部分受监管服务。币安英国子公司 Binance Markets Limited 自 2021 年 6 月起被 FCA 禁止在英国开展任何受监管活动，2023 年币安宣布暂停新用户注册以应对 FCA 金融促销规则。币安发言人就此事回应称“不对潜在牌照申请的猜测发表评论”。
FCA 于 6 月公布的加密监管框架要求，加密公司可在 2026 年 9 月至 2027 年 2 月 28 日期间提交申请，新制度将于 2027 年 10 月 25 日正式生效。FCA 支付与数字金融执行总监表示，该框架将对加密公司提出与其他英国金融服务提供商“类似标准”的要求。
