Zip's Bull Sees Reinvestment Room in FY27 Guidance

0033 GMT - Zip's bull at Unified Capital Partners thinks its fiscal 2027 margin guidance could include room for the Australian installment-payment provider to reinvest in the business. Analyst Jonathon Higgins points out that the 20%-22% operating margin flagged by the company is lower than the 23.4% it achieved in the fourth quarter of its 2026 fiscal year. Pointing to Zip's track record, he tells clients in a note that this probably provides room for investment and some conservatism. Unified Capital Partners has a last-published buy rating on the stock, which is up 17% at 3.02 Australian dollars.
