【花旗：维持东亚银行(00023.HK)“买入”评级 目标价16港元】智通财经APP获悉，花旗发布研报称，维持东亚银行(00023.HK)"买入"评级，目标价16港元。该行表示东亚银行上半年可归属股东应占溢利半年度环比升155%至24亿港元，年度同比上升7%，较市场预期高8%。收入较预期高2%，主要受非利息收入强劲带动，营运支出亦较预期低2%。集团宣布派发中期股息每股0.46港元，派息比率由去年同期的45%提升至50%。
