金吾财讯 | 桑坦德银行（SAN）旗下美国子公司Santander US正式宣布，已成功完成对韦伯斯特金融公司的收购。此项交易最早于2026年2月公布，在获得监管机构及股东批准后顺利交割。合并后的新实体资产规模显著扩充，按2025年底数据计，其备考资产总额达到约3,270亿美元，贷款规模为1,850亿美元，存款达1,720亿美元。通过此次并购，桑坦德银行在全美的客户群规模扩展至近800万户，进一步巩固了其在美国东北部零售及商业银行领域的市场地位。桑坦德银行表示，此次收购是其在美长期战略的重要里程碑。韦伯斯特金融带来的高质量存款基础、商业银行能力以及特色的医疗金融服务平台，将有效改善桑坦德在美国的融资结构与业务组合。公司预计，该笔交易将助力Santander US实现到2028年有形股东权益回报率（RoTE）达到约18%的财务目标。高管变动方面，Christiana Riley将继续担任Santander US首席执行官兼桑坦德美国区负责人；前韦伯斯特银行首席执行官John Ciulla则出任Santander Bank N.A.首席执行官。业务整合期间，两家银行客户的日常账户及金融产品使用不受影响，并可共享免手续费的跨行ATM服务。
