【上海电气：境外子公司完成发行15亿元离岸人民币绿色债券】上海电气公告称，公司全资子公司上海电气香港有限公司新设的BVI子公司上海电气环球资本有限公司，已完成发行15亿元离岸人民币绿色债券，该债券于2026年8月20日在香港联合交易所有限公司上市，年利率1.8%，期限3年。本次债券发行规模不超过等值5亿欧元，期限不超过5年，由电气香港提供担保，担保期限不超过5年，发行前已取得国家发改委外债审核登记证明。
