据彭博社报道，韩国芯片巨头SK海力士与工会历经数周拉锯，终于就薪资与集体谈判达成临时协议。表面看，这是一份“加薪大礼包”——员工基本工资上调6.3%，但在AI高带宽内存需求井喷、公司利润暴涨的背景下，真正的博弈焦点却藏在奖金发放方式里：原本全额现金支付的利润分享奖金，如今被拆成四成现金、六成公司股票，其中部分还是限制出售的股权。
这意味着，员工虽然名义上分享了公司AI热潮的红利，到手的真金白银却大幅缩水。
这场谈判的转折点颇具戏剧性。管理层最初提出将奖金大规模转为股票（包括限制性股票）时，工会态度强硬，直斥此举破坏了去年刚刚敲定的利润分享框架。
毕竟，对于普通员工而言，股票变现需要时间，市场风险却由个人承担。然而数周交锋后，工会最终选择了让步。
