智通财经APP讯，玖龙纸业(02689)发布公告，集团预计将取得截至2026年6月30日止(本年度)盈利约人民币39亿元至人民币41亿元之间，较截至2025年6月30日止年度(去年度)人民币22.017亿元增长77.1%至86.2%。该盈利增长乃主要由销量提升带动;产品售价的上涨幅度及速度，均明显高于原材料成本的升幅，由此推动毛利的增长。
公司于2024年6月发行4亿美元优先永续资本证券。本年度永续资本证券持有人的应占盈利为约人民币3.756亿元。因此，集团预计公司的权益持有人应占盈利在本年度为约人民币34亿元至人民币36亿元之间，较去年度人民币17.671亿元增加92.4%至103.7%。
公司已于2026年8月11日悉数赎回尚未到期的优先永续资本证券。该4亿美元优先永续资本证券已完成赎回、注销，并自新加坡证券交易所有限公司除牌。
