智通财经APP获悉，锂电池概念股集体走低，截至发稿，赣锋锂业(01772)跌4.41%，报37.28港元；中创新航(03931)跌3.84%，报20.02港元；宁德时代(03750)跌3.15%，报630港元；天齐锂业(09696)跌3.13%，报34港元。
消息面上，锂电池消费税将于9月起恢复征收。分析人士指出，政策调整最直接的影响集中在动力电池生产端。按照现行电池消费税4%的税率，全面恢复征收后，电池生产企业的税负将出现明显上升。但头部企业有能力将大部分成本传导至车企，二三线厂商则可能被迫自行承担更高比例。
值得注意的是，乘联分会秘书长崔东树认为，锂电池消费税的征收，将显著利好具备电池自研自产能力的整车企业，进一步倒逼主流车企下场布局电池制造。
