为持续优化法治化营商环境，增强广大创新主体和社会公众的知识产权保护意识，营造“尊重知识、崇尚创新、诚信守法、公平竞争”良好氛围，8月14日，市工商联联合新城区法院开展侵害商标权纠纷案件庭审旁听，组织商会会员企业、民营企业家等26人现场参与旁听学习。

庭审严格按照法定程序开展，围绕商标权属认定、侵权行为判定、法律责任界定等争议焦点进行举证质证与法庭辩论。庭审结束后，法官结合本次庭审案例，围绕商标注册使用、品牌维权路径、企业经营中常见商标侵权风险点、证据留存方式、维权救济渠道等实务问题进行讲解，对企业日常运营中的合规要点进行提示，针对企业关心的知识产权保护难点现场答疑解惑。

下一步，市工商联将持续深化“法护成长 赋能民企”特色法治服务品牌，加强多部门协同联动，凝聚合力，常态化开展送法进企业、庭审观摩等多元活动，以法治之力护航首府经济社会高质量发展。
