消息面上，中国联通发布业绩，上半年实现营业收入2014亿元，同比增长0.6%；主营业务收入1780亿元，同比下降0.2%；归母净利润41亿元，同比下降34.8%；利润总额112亿元，同比下降36.6%。报告期内公司宣布不派发2026年度中期股息。
公司表示，盈利阶段性波动源于多重因素，除增值税外，人工成本投入节奏变化是重要原因，预计全年人工成本保持平稳、利润降幅明显收窄。数据显示，公司上半年资本开支241亿元，落实“六张网”部署，建强算力网和新一代通信网，算力投资占比提升至37%、投资额同比提升超过80%。
