　　8月19日消息，百度港股低开逾12%，报88.55港元，创去年9月来新低，年内跌逾32%。隔夜百度美股（BIDU）亦暴跌12.73%，收报90.87美元，创2025年8月以来近一年低点，年内累计跌幅扩大至30.45%。

　　消息面上，百度8月18日盘后发布的2026年第二季度财报。数据显示，百度二季度总营收313亿元，环比降2%、同比降4%，略低于市场预期的315.9亿元，已连续第五个季度同比下滑。归属百度的净利润为23亿元，较去年同期的73亿元大幅下降约68%。经调整后净利润25.73亿元，同样低于市场预期。

　　从业务结构看，百度传统广告业务持续承压，在线营销服务收入同比下降19%至131亿元。核心AI新业务收入达125亿元，占一般性业务收入的50%，已连续两季占比过半。其中GPU云收入同比猛增283%，成为财报中为数不多的亮点。

　　多家大行在财报后下调百度目标价，富瑞由170港元降至163港元，德银由186港元降至162港元，瑞银由165港元降至155港元，均维持“买入”评级。

　　分析认为，市场焦点已从百度是否拥有AI产品，转向AI收入能否加速变现并扭转连续五季营收下滑的局面。截至季末，百度现金及投资总额达2831亿元，公司正推进香港双重主要上市转换工作，预计年内生效。
