消息面上，地缘扰动支撑油运高景气，据悉，最新一期波交所报告显示，中东湾至中国TD3C航线运价上涨46点至WS475.56，对应VLCC往返航次TCE约48.13万美元/天，运价仍处于历史极高水平。光大证券认为，短期需关注海峡成交不足导致高运价难以完全兑现为船东收益；中期若通航逐步恢复，积压货盘集中出运与补库需求释放可能形成新一轮催化。
摩根士丹利研报指出，市场普遍将今年视为油轮市场上升周期的最高位，但由于霍尔木兹海峡重开时间延迟，该行相信明年表现或会优于今年。报告提到，全球石油库存持续下降引致补货需求、中国取消燃料出口限制带动海运进口需求增加，以及霍尔木兹海峡中断带来的地缘政治效应，均支持现货及定期租船运费保持高企。大摩预期，明年油轮市场仍将维持供不应求。
