智通财经APP获悉，喜相逢集团(02473)跌超3%，截至发稿，跌3.33%，报0.435港元，成交额1346.13万港元。
消息面上，近日，喜相逢集团发布公告，与截至2025年6月30日止六个月(2025年中期)本公司拥有人应占利润约人民币2250万元相比，本集团预期2026年中期将录得本公司拥有人应占利润约人民币1650万元至1800万元之间。公告称，上述预期下降的主要原因为：受行业因素影响，于2026年中期，本集团毛利较高的汽车零售及融资业务收益同比下降，导致本集团毛利、期间利润同比下降。
其中，面对终端需求车型的结构化变化，本公司及时调整新能源车辆的采销比，加强库存管理等措施，使得本公司2026年中期汽车零售及融资业务录得收益同比虽下滑但优于行业水平。与2025年中期汽车零售及融资业务销售收益约人民币606.6百万元相比，本公司2026年中期汽车零售及融资业务销售收益预期约为人民币5.27亿元，同比减少约人民币7950万元，同比下降13.1%。
