花旗集团建议客户买入长期美国国债，此前美国财政部宣布计划将较长期债券的回购规模“至少”翻一番。花旗表示，此举可能意味着收益率见顶。

　　由Jason Williams领衔的策略师预计，20年期美国国债收益率将从目前约5.2%降至4.9%。

　　策略师们写道：“美国财政部的行动应该会向市场发出非常强烈的信号。今天的行动，加上通胀降温，为未来几个月的强劲上涨创造了条件”。

　　他们写道，如果收益率届时仍未企稳，美国财政部可能在11月份再融资时缩减20年期和/或30年期国债的拍卖规模。

　　周三的举措意味着，“至少对于7年期以上期限的债券，美国财政部在特朗普政府剩余任期内不太可能扩大附息国债的拍卖规模”。
