　　摩根大通将克拉纳（KLAR）的股票评级从增持（Overweight）下调至中性（Neutral），目标价由 22 美元下调至 18 美元。

　　该行分析师康纳・艾伦在研报中表示：“自克拉纳去年 IPO 上市以来，公司业务几经起伏，我们选择转为观望。我们很难看清其中期发展趋势；该公司需要连续多个季度交出稳健干净的经营业绩，才能重建投资者信心、缩小与行业顶尖同行之间的估值差距。”

　　艾伦称，下调下半年业绩预期，主要源于对欧洲宏观环境判断转弱 —— 受非必需消费支出放缓影响，德国是核心拖累（但并非唯一因素）。

　　这位分析师写道：“归根结底，我们认为该公司重建投资者信任需要更长时间，同时我们对它的中期趋势判断的确定性有所下降。”
