该调整自2026年9月9日生效，适用本续发季度剩余期间（至2026年11月4日）。财政部将在定于2026年11月4日举行的下一季度续发公告中披露后续回购规模的进一步信息。
本次上调回购操作规模，体现财政部希望为长期名义国债板块提供更强流动性支持；该板块一直获得市场参与者的踊跃参与，佐证是财政部在长期国债回购中持续收到大量高质量报价。
