PicPay (PICS) said late Monday it has launched an integration with ChatGPT that lets customers access financial account information through the AI chatbot using natural language commands.
Customers can check account and savings balances, view pending bills, see investment holdings and active cards, and review recent and upcoming transactions after authenticating through the PicPay app, the company said.
The feature, which does not currently support making transactions, is rolling out to an initial group of customers on Android and iOS at no additional cost, the company added.
