智通财经APP讯，山高新能源(01250)发布公告，根据本公司截至2026年6月30日止6个月期间(该期间)的最新未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，以及董事会目前最新可得资料，本公司预期于该期间将取得本公司权益持有人应占溢利介乎约人民币1.39亿元至约人民币1.7亿元，而截至2025年6月30日止6个月的本公司权益持有人应占溢利约人民币2.87亿元。
预期本公司权益持有人应占溢利减少主要由于(包括但不限于)(i)电力消纳受限加剧;(ii)综合平均电价下降;及(iii)风光资源下降综合导致发电收入较上年同期减少的影响所致。
