美团午前涨近3%，截至目前，股价上涨2.81%，现报87.95港元，成交额13.08亿港元。
8月19日，宇树科技正式登陆A股科创板，开盘即报1100元/股，高开629.44%，总市值达4449亿元。本次发行前，美团是宇树科技最大的外部机构股东，发行前通过汉海信息、Galaxy Z及成都龙珠三家主体合计持有约9.65%股份，发行后三家合计持股比例约8.68%，按最新市值对应约386亿元，浮盈超300亿。
此外，美团将于8月底公布第二季业绩，花旗预期公司业绩有望符合或略胜预期，维持现有预测不变，即第二季总收入同比增长10.7%至1017亿元人民币，经调整纯利录约6.33亿元，对比市场普遍预期为1009亿元及2.7亿元。在监管部门对补贴及竞争的监管下，该行认为外卖业务单位经济效益或较预期恢复得更快，有望带动业绩向好。
