智通财经APP获悉，冠城钟表珠宝(00256)尾盘涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.53%，报0.088港元，成交额37.22万港元。
消息面上，冠城钟表珠宝发布公告，预期截至2026年6月30日止6个月本集团取得本公司拥有人应占溢利不少于4000万港元，而截至2025年6月30日止6个月本集团则取得本公司拥有人应占亏损约4204.5万港元。
董事会认为，本集团溢利有显著的改善主要原因如下：钟表、时计产品及钟表配件业务的营运效率提升，营运开支显著减少；银行和金融业务所贡献的利润有所增加；及于2026年5月完成出售Rotary Watch & Jewellery Limited 50%股权所产生的一次性收益。
