由净亏损转为纯利乃主要由于于2026年6月30日止六个月期间自第三方及关联方应收贸易款项的减值亏损拨备大幅减少，部分被集团整体收益减少及向非业主提供的增值服务(尤其是向力高地产集团有限公司(“力高地产”，公司控股股东，其股份于联交所上市(股份代号：1622))提供的售楼处物业服务及资讯科技及智能建设服务)(因力高地产交付的项目减少)产生的收益减少所抵销。
