　　国盛证券指出，AI PCB扩产提速带动上游LDI需求增长，叠加先进封装业务放量在即，该行上调公司盈利预测，预计公司2026-2028年归母净利润分别为5.16/8.74/11.47亿元，同增78%/69%/31%。
