韩国科技信息通信部周二表示，三家公司已进入一项政府扶持项目的下一阶段招标，该项目旨在研发一项面向公众免费开放的人工智能（AI）服务。

　　该部门在新闻稿中称，SK电信、LG 人工智能研究院，以及自研基础大模型 Solar 的人工智能初创企业 Upstage，从四家入围候选企业中脱颖而出，晋级下一阶段。

　　韩国科技信息通信部表示，Motif Technologies在第二轮评审中排名末位遭到淘汰。本轮评审结合了基准测试、专家评估以及用户评价。

　　该部门的 “全民人工智能”（AI for All）项目，是韩国政府打造其所谓 “人工智能基础社会” 举措的一环。在这一社会愿景下，无论收入、年龄或是数字素养水平如何，民众都能够使用人工智能服务。

　　韩国政府计划向该项目选定的两家或三家企业提供多达512个NVIDIA B200图形处理器，这些企业预计将在今年内推出其人工智能服务。

　　从2027年起，韩国政府将提供预算支持，以覆盖在全国范围内运行人工智能模型的费用。

　　开发者必须在其系统中，至少有50%的部分采用符合韩国政府基础大模型独立标准的本土人工智能模型。

　　为丰富本土人工智能生态，拥有自研基础大模型的企业，还必须在自身系统中将超过30%的份额使用其他韩国企业开发的AI模型。
