消息面上，近日，麦科医药自主研发的创新药物XTL6001的肾脏病研究，成功入选2026年美国肾脏病学会肾脏周（ASN Kidney Week 2026）壁报展示。这是继ADA 2026两项壁报、EASD 2026两项口头报告之后，XTL6001相关研究年内第三次进入国际顶级学术交流平台，进一步夯实了其在代谢与肾脏疾病领域持续深入的研发方向。
值得注意的是，公司近期宣布，自主研发注射用神经保护候选药物MT200605治疗急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）Ⅱ期临床试验顺利达成主要研究终点。作为入选国家科技重大专项、斩获FDA孤儿药资质的小分子药物，MT200605凭借独有的全病程三重通路机制，直击国内脑梗治疗核心痛点，有望填补神经保护剂临床空白，重塑心脑血管创新药竞争格局。
