* 华住集团公告称二季度收入为71亿元，同比增长10.8%，环比增长18.8%；净利润为16亿元，反映同比增长2.1%。业绩增长是由HWC（华住中国）的净利润同比增长1.4%所带动以及HWI（华住国际）同比实现显著改善。
公司宣派及派付总额约为275百万美元的普通现金股息，即每股普通股0.087美元。此外公司已上调2026年全年的指引，与2025年全年相比，预计集团收入增长将介于4%至8%，高于先前2%至6%的指引。其中HWC收入增长将介于7%至11%，高于先前5%至9%的指引（不包括DH）。
