智通财经APP获悉，石油股逆市走高，截至发稿，中海油服(02883)涨2.93%，报7.19港元；中海油(00883)涨2.17%，报24.44港元；中石油(00857)涨1.15%，报9.675港元。
消息面上，8月17日，美国和伊朗谅解备忘录所设定的60天谈判窗口期期满。伊朗方面17日称已为美国履行备忘录设定数周的最后期限，若外交努力失败将升级霍尔木兹海峡及周边地区的紧张局势；特朗普则表示不寻求延长备忘录。分析认为，双方对抗短期内难以结束。
国际能源署(IEA)指出，尽管石油需求萎缩速度正在放缓，但持续的供应中断仍令近期市场供需平衡进一步收紧。IEA预计，第三季度全球石油市场将出现180万桶/日的供应缺口，超过此前约80万桶/日预期的两倍。与此同时，成品油市场供应趋紧推动大西洋沿岸区域炼油利润率在7月升至历史新高。
