智通财经APP获悉，嘉耀控股(01626)尾盘跌超25%，截至发稿，跌19.16%，报20.84港元，成交额1628.97万港元。
消息面上，嘉耀控股近日宣布，拟以最高4.3亿港元收购AI游戏公司香港九万里科技80%股权。公开资料显示，嘉耀控股主营业务为电子烟，而九万里科技主攻AI游戏，旗下最成功的产品为偶像养成题材休闲模拟经营游戏《Idol Empire》。
公告显示，九万里科技2025财年净利润仅31万元人民币，按4.3亿港元收购80%股权算，整体估值约5.4亿港元，对应超1700倍市盈率。值得注意的是，卖方承诺2026年净利润不低于5000万港元。若实际利润未达到目标，卖方最终可获得的代价股份数量将相应减少。
