智通财经APP获悉，同源康医药-B(02410)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.63%，报7.13港元，成交额1614.64万港元。
消息面上，同源康医药公布中期业绩，研发成本为9494.3万元，同比增长7%；行政开支6255.4万元，同比增长61.3%；母公司拥有人应占亏损2489.7万元，同比收窄77.81%。
值得注意的是，今年7月，同源康医药与齐鲁制药达成合作，双方将携手在中国大陆区域开展TY-9591原料药的开发、生产及TY-9591的商业化工作。与此同时，齐鲁制药还将对同源康医药进行股权投资。据悉，TY-9591的新药上市申请(NDA)已于2026年初获中国国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心(CDE)正式受理，并纳入优先审评审批程序。
